MSC: Can you tell me what frosting you used for the Hostess Cupcakes? I want to use something like a chocolate ganache but I can't figure out how to stop it from running down the sides. Thanks! Your "creations" always look so good!

TahoeGirl: Go to AllRecipes.com and look up the recipe for Cream Filled Cupcakes. That is the recipe I used and it includes the filling....and it is delicious! Also, if your ganache is too runny you can adjust by adding less heavy cream or more chocolate chips to make it thicker and less runny. That will give you more control on how it falls down the sides of your cake instead of pouring off and puddling at the bottom. Hope that helps!
